Rottweilers are very smart, loving, calm, loyal and can be great service dogs, special needs and family protectors! They are fairly easy to train with a little know how! They require a Leader to lead them. Rottweilers were herding dogs and protectors in Roman times..but have evolved since then! They do love a job! Or just be loyal family dogs. They naturally like other animals but not always strange animals in their territory . My dogs are dogs, protection of livestock and my rural property, free to Rome 10 acres, swim in our pond, go horse back riding with me in the mountains..and of course keep out the bad guys!

Feeding the Right Diet!
Raw Diet: 80% Muscle Meat… 20% bone & bone broth, vedjies, fruit, eggs.
Our puppies are raised on Mothers milk and or a Rich German formula that I make with raw eggs, plain yogurt , goat milk or Sheep’s milk and a dash of simple sugar. At 3 weeks old I add fresh organic ground beef to my formula to make a mash. Every few days I slowly add chicken breasts, ground turkey, liver, heart, fish, yams, carrots, fruit & vegetables, Quinoa cooked in bone broth. But not all at once! A well balanced meal is essential.
A Proper raw diet for Large Breed Dogs!
